Mersen adapts its equipment to environmental problems and is developing a comprehensive range of systems that respond to the current objectives of reducing energy consumption: ⇒ the HCl Sintaclor® Steam Generation Package.

The steam generation option is a development of the synthesis unit to recover the heat generated from the combustion of hydrogen and chlorine. This can be achieved on a new or existing unit. The generated steam can reach up to 8 bars with a graphite furnace (100% anticorrosion solution) or over 10 bars with a carbon steel furnace, according to your process.
